1. About Karvysoft
- Karvysoft provides Zoho product implementation and support as a certified partner, along with IT consulting and digital marketing services.
- Using our Services does not create an employer–employee, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Karvysoft.
- You cannot represent Karvysoft or enter into contracts on our behalf unless we provide written consent.
2. Use of Services
- You agree to use our website and Services lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- Do not misuse our Services (e.g., hacking, spreading malware, spamming, violating intellectual property rights, or breaking any applicable law).
3. Zoho & Third-Party Products
- Karvysoft provides assistance with Zoho products, but the use of Zoho software is subject to Zoho’s own Terms of Service.
- Karvysoft may also integrate or recommend other third-party tools. We are not responsible for the services or policies of those third parties.
4. Fees & Payments
- Prices for Karvysoft’s Services will be shared in proposals, agreements, or invoices.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
5. Confidentiality
- Karvysoft will treat any business or personal information you share as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except

You also agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from Karvysoft.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, website design, and materials provided by Karvysoft are owned by Karvysoft (or its licensors).
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate an engagement or project by giving written notice according to any separate service agreement.
Karvysoft may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Karvysoft provides Services on an “as-is” basis.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those arising from third-party tools or software such as Zoho.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of [Your State, e.g., Telangana].
